January 2023 (brown hoodie and grey tank) I was running 12 miles a week and doing HIT workouts for several months at Orange Theory  (weighing 167 pounds) with minimal progress. I decided to quit and try different workouts that may serve my body better. I met Sarah and proceeded to workout with her once a week for 9 months, following a program of progressive weightlifting and incline walking. I dropped almost 20 pounds in 2 months. Today, August 2023, (black outfit) I have met my goals and feel STRONG! Sarah helped/coached/encouraged me. Now I’m feeling my best without killing my body on the treadmill.



Personal training gave me the motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated, but Sarah has really kept me moving. She is very personable and knowledgeable. If she doesn’t know something, she checks with her fellow  trainers that she knows and updates me with her findings. Her cheerful attitude makes the training time go quickly, and smoothly.



Sarah's approach to training is one that is gentle and encouraging, and she consistently provides guidance and support in a way that makes me feel comfortable and empowered. One of the things that sets Sarah apart is her ability to gently correct issues without making me feel embarrassed or ashamed. Her approach is always positive and constructive, and I appreciate the way she takes the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. Another aspect of Sarah's approach that has been incredibly motivating for me is her accountability. She helps me stay on track with my fitness goals and encourages me to keep pushing myself to achieve new levels of success. Sarah has also been instrumental in helping me maintain a positive body image. She understands the importance of feeling good about yourself and your body, and she has been an incredible source of support and encouragement in this area. She has helped me to try new things and push myself to new levels of fitness, and I have seen incredible results as a result of her guidance and expertise. Sarah has been incredibly helpful in treating problem areas that I have identified. Her knowledge and expertise have been invaluable in helping me to address these issues and work towards a stronger, healthier body. Overall, I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough.
